Free Shipping on Every Order
At MyStrongStep we believe getting relief shouldn't cost extra. That's why we offer completely free shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Free Shipping: 7-12 business days to the United States
Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days please contact us immediately at supportmystrongstep@gmail.com and we will investigate and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
